- Prices are per apartment per day and are meant for a minimum stay of 3 nights, including all services. For short-term stay of less than 3 days, a cleaning charge of € 25.00 applies.
- Kids: kids are free until age 2, until age 6 they get a 50% discount when staying as third person in same apartment as their attendants.
- Pets: pets are allowed, but please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a pet with you. You must provide your own pet bed. We charge a supplement of € 5.00 per day.
- Tourist tax: Persons aged 14 years and over will from 01.01.2022 have to pay a tourist tax of € 1.75 per person per night. This fee is not included in the quoted prices and is payable on departure only.
- Check-in and check-out: apartments are available from 3 p.m.. Please inform us if you arrive later than 6 p.m. We ask that you leave your room by 10 a.m. on departure day.
- Confirmation of booking: Rooms are considered booked when the deposit is paid.
- Cancellation of booking: Notification pursuant to Part III, Section III, Paragraph I of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumers’ Code): the right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers’ Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal: the deposit is kept as a penalty in case of cancellations, and international cancellation conditions apply. For booking cancellations received at least 1 month in advance no penalty is charged, after which 50% of the total price is deducted. For late arrival or early departure, 70% of the price for the booked period not used is deducted.
