Summer in Anterselva

Active holiday in summer – off to Anterselva & Val Pusteria

Active & sporty
A summer like in a picture book

Rugged rocks, lush alpine meadows, green forests. With its countless hiking trails and mountain tours, Anterselva has a lot to offer in the warm season. There is also a lot to discover away from the classic hiking trails.
Things to do in Antholz Valley

Active summer - Hiking
Hiking
in the mountain paradise

Due to the relatively flat course, the steep flanks and the extensive alpine pastures, our valley offers countless opportunities for varied hikes. A tough tour to a remote peak? A long walk in the valley floor or a hike to an alpine hut with a reward of apple strudel? Everything is possible!

By the way: numerous hikes start directly in our village. If not, you can use public transport for free with our “HolidayPass” guest card.

Lake Antholz
Lakes and swimming pools
We love the cool wet

Water also plays a central role here in the mountains. Just a few kilometres from us, the beautiful Anterselva Lake invites you to take a circular hike. Don’t tell anyone, but it is much more beautiful than Braies Lake (which is also not far away). Just behind the Passo di Stalle, there is another jewel among the Alpine lakes, the Obersee Lake.

Would you rather dive into the water than just look at it? If you’re looking to cool off, the outdoor swimming pool in Valdaora is not far away (10 minutes by car).
